* Delivery within Japan only.
* Please wear casual clothes which do not expose skin. Do not wear high heels and sandals.
・If you are driving, under-aged, pregnant or nursing, drinking alcohol is prohibited.
* We accept both cash and credit card for your payment on the day of brewing. Payment for Soba lunch is only by cash.
* We will send your original beer by home delivery.
* Please stick your original labels on the bottles by yourself due to Liquor Tax Law.

How to brew at Brew On Premises

Tasting and Meeting

Plese let us know any your idea for your beer like type, bitterness, color, body and more...
Measure Out and Mill Malt

Measuring and cracking up the malt.
Mashing

Add the milled malt into the mash tank and boil it up between 65℃ and 67℃.
Mash-out

Boiling the wort up to 76℃.
Lautering

Wort is separated from the grains.
Boiling

The wort transferred is boiled.
Adding Hop

Hops are added in three intervals.
Chilling

The wort is quickly chilled for yeast.
We will deliver the beer to customers from about three weeks to a month later.

Make your own label.

You can bring your own photos, illustration, etc... and we'll design a label as you desire.
